Products, prices and payment
We aim to describe products accurately. Color, scale and finish may vary with lighting, screens, natural material variation and manufacturing tolerances. Prices are in US dollars unless clearly stated otherwise. Shipping, sales tax, duties and other charges may be added based on destination. Complete card numbers are handled by the relevant payment provider and are not stored by mimox.
Orders and acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when mimox accepts the order and payment is authorized or received. We may decline an order for availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, payment issues or delivery restrictions. Amounts collected for a cancelled order will be returned to the original payment method.
Delivery, returns and warranty
