Every mimox pair is visually inspected before dispatch. For 90 days after confirmed delivery, we will evaluate reported defects in materials or workmanship that existed at delivery.
Available remedies
If a covered manufacturing defect is confirmed, the remedy may be repair, replacement or refund, subject to availability and applicable law.
What is not covered
- Normal wear, scratches, tarnish, plating wear or gradual color change.
- Impact, crushing, snagging, bending, chemicals, water exposure or improper storage.
- Loss, theft, unauthorized modification or third-party repair.
- Sensitivities not caused by an inaccurate material description.
Requesting service
Contact client care with your order number, a description and clear photographs. Do not send jewelry until instructions are provided. This warranty is additional to mandatory consumer rights.
