Order preparation
In-stock orders are normally prepared within 1-3 business days after payment authorization and acceptance. Personalized, high-volume, security-review or address-verification orders may need more time.
Estimated delivery times
- United States: approximately 3-7 business days after dispatch.
- Canada and most destinations in the Americas: approximately 7-14 business days.
- Most destinations in Asia and Europe: approximately 7-14 business days.
Customs, peak seasons, severe weather, carrier disruptions, remote locations and incomplete addresses can cause delays.
Tracking, duties and restrictions
Tracking is provided where available. International recipients are responsible for import duties, VAT, customs and brokerage charges unless checkout states otherwise. Customers must confirm that jewelry can be imported into the destination.
Address changes and returned parcels
Contact us immediately to request an address correction. Changes cannot be guaranteed after dispatch. Reasonable carrier costs caused by an incorrect address, refusal or unclaimed parcel may be deducted where permitted by law.
