Products, prices and orders
Prices are in US dollars. Review the product description, selected options, delivery charges and final total before ordering. Product photographs may look different depending on lighting and your screen. An acknowledgment of an order is not a guarantee of stock or acceptance; we will contact you if we cannot fulfill it and refund any amount collected. We will not replace your chosen item without your consent.
Use only the payment methods actually offered in checkout. Do not send card details to us by email. Any applicable sales tax must be disclosed before an order is submitted. We do not treat a browser confirmation alone as proof of payment.

Where we ship
We deliver within the United States. Orders dispatch from MIMOX LLC, 928 Stanford, Irvine, CA 92612, USA. We do not currently offer international delivery.
Delivery charges
Shipping is free when the merchandise subtotal after discounts is $99 or more. Below $99, shipping costs $20 per order. All prices and charges are in US dollars. The delivery charge is shown before you place an order.
Delivery timing and delays
Delivery is within 15 calendar days from ordering, including order processing and transit. If we cannot ship within our promised time, we will notify you with a revised shipping date and the option to consent to the delay or cancel for a prompt refund. We will not substitute silence for consent where consent is required.
Contact info@mimoxjewrey.com if your order is late, damaged, incorrect or missing. Include your order number. We will investigate with the carrier; this does not remove your rights against us.
Returns and remedies
30-day returns
You may request a return within 30 calendar days after delivery. Email info@mimoxjewrey.com with your order number and the items you wish to return. Items returned because you changed your mind must be unused, undamaged and include their original packaging and any supplied accessories. Please obtain return instructions before mailing.

You pay the return shipping cost for a change-of-mind return. For an incorrect, damaged or defective item, contact us so we can arrange a remedy and cover the necessary return shipping. No restocking fee is charged.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting a return, we will notify you and issue an approved refund to the original payment method within 7 business days. Your provider may take additional time to post the credit. For a change-of-mind return, the original outbound shipping fee, if charged, is not refunded. If we sent a wrong or defective item, or cannot fulfill an order, applicable delivery charges are refunded as well. These conditions do not restrict rights or remedies provided by applicable law.
