30-day returns
You may request a return within 30 calendar days after delivery. Email info@mimoxjewrey.com with your order number and the items you wish to return. Items returned because you changed your mind must be unused, undamaged and include their original packaging and any supplied accessories. Please obtain return instructions before mailing.

You pay the return shipping cost for a change-of-mind return. For an incorrect, damaged or defective item, contact us so we can arrange a remedy and cover the necessary return shipping. No restocking fee is charged.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting a return, we will notify you and issue an approved refund to the original payment method within 7 business days. Your provider may take additional time to post the credit. For a change-of-mind return, the original outbound shipping fee, if charged, is not refunded. If we sent a wrong or defective item, or cannot fulfill an order, applicable delivery charges are refunded as well. These conditions do not restrict rights or remedies provided by applicable law.
